How to activate Right Alt key on your keyboard

This is the common problem, we faced in keyboard shortcuts. I mean when we are using shortcuts with alt combination, it works with left alt key but we are unable to use the same with right alt key combination. We all try to manage with alternatives but Sometimes it ( right alt key) may get more importance or it must. 

Then what can you do? Either you have to slow down your work or activate the right alt key to accomplish your mission at easy way. i think most of the people will second one. so here is the simple trick to activate your target key. 

1) go to control panel

2) open regional languages settings

3) in that click on languages tab

4) click details (under text services and input languages)

Here the language could be anything but the keyboard option has to be US.

Now you can use right alt key perfectly.
